During the holidays my ministry team went to Wasabi in Independence for a ministry fellowship gathering.  One of the ladies is allergic to shell fish. We all placed the order. The server was informed about the allergy and informed chef that was preparing our food about her allergy.  Well needless to say he cooked the chicken and salmon first then after he prepared her food and she was served. He continued to cook the shrimp for the remaining guest.  He was very careful not to let any of her food touch the shrimp that was on uncooked food cart. Our experienced at Wasabis turned out to be memorable event. NO one became ill and every one had a fantastic time.
