NEOFAN Halloween

NEOFAN, thanks to Stark Enterprises & FARE, will, once again, offer allergen-friendly options for trick-or-treaters! This program is guided by the Teal Pumpkin Project promoting inclusion of all trick-or-treaters.  It is a meaningful experience for every trick-or-treater to go home with treats!
